Let’s flashback to a sunny July day in 2023: a warm evening with chirping birds, a soft breeze gently tousling hair, and love hanging in the air. Lauren and Jackson, one of my 2024 wedding couples, brought their A-game to an engagement session that turned Prairie Oaks Metro Park in Columbus, Ohio into a dreamy haven.
Although they initially claimed to be camera-shy, Lauren and Jackson’s nerves quickly transformed into pure magic! The session unfolded with laughter, joy, and a slight glisten of sweat as we ran around the park (literally).
We shot until the sun dipped below the horizon, where we were treated to a breathtaking peach sunset – the perfect finale to their session. Lauren and Jackson’s engagement session was one of my favorites from 2023, and I’m counting down the days until I get to capture the next chapter of their love story on their wedding day!
