When I say I love this job because it lets me meet so many new people… I mean it. In this case, I mean it x10000. I met Lauren and Vincent for the first time at their engagement session, where we began at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus, Ohio. The marble pillars and bright stone will always be one of my favorite places to shoot, and this was no exception! I connected to them both immediately and had to keep refocusing myself because I just wanted to sit and chat with them about everything.
After the statehouse, we swung over to Genoa Park, which is a beautiful location in the evening to capture the skyline! These two brought a cooler with ice cream from their favorite shop, and spent some time just having a little date to finish off the session. They brought me ice cream for myself, which I was so excited about 😭
I had the BEST time with these two, so much so that we made plans to go on a double date just a few weeks later! Lauren is one of the sweetest, kindest souls and I am so so grateful our paths connected this way. I am beyond excited for their wedding in 2025, but I know it won’t be the last time I see either of them (sorry guys, you are stuck with me).
