There are many words I could use to describe this wedding, but if I had to only pick a few, I would choose elegant, vivacious, and memorable. Every detail was so thoroughly thought out to make this wedding come together, but most of all the people surrounding Cassie and Simon are what made this day so special.
Simon and his groomsmen got ready at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, while Cassie and her girls got ready in a personal condo right across the street from their downtown Columbus venue. Franklin Park Conservatory created the perfect setting for their garden wedding – the community garden was full of blooms for their portraits, and the celebration garden provided a private, romantic space for their ceremony to be held. Their reception took place of the rooftop of the conservatory after the sun had dipped, but was lit by candles and string lights – an actual fairytale if you ask me!
Cassie and Simon are two of the most fun, vibrant people I have ever had the privilege to meet! They just radiate joy and constantly crack so many jokes that my cheeks hurt by the end of the night. Their wedding was an adventure for everyone (including me), and I am forever grateful that I got to experience it alongside them and meet their incredible friends and family.
Cassie and Simon’s wedding was put together by an amazing host of vendors, including Franklin Park Conservatory as their venue, Laurel’s Flowers for their bouquets and floral decor, Denise Does Bridal and Eigensee Artistry for Cassie’s hair and makeup, La Jeune Mariee for her bridal gown, dinner provided by 36 Catering, and the DJ provided by the classic Turn Up Columbus.
